Shipping policy

At CakePulse, we prepare and deliver fresh cakes and bakery products with proper care, hygiene, and safe packaging. Since cakes are delicate and perishable items, we make reasonable efforts to deliver every order within the selected delivery date and time slot.

Delivery Areas

CakePulse delivers orders only in selected serviceable locations. Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s address, product type, delivery slot, and order timing.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered as per the selected delivery date and time slot. However, delivery may be affected due to traffic, weather, road conditions, festival rush, customer unavailability, incorrect address, or other unavoidable situations.

Same-Day and Midnight Delivery

Same-day and midnight delivery options may be available for selected locations and products. These orders are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Midnight delivery may be completed within the selected midnight delivery window and not necessarily at the exact minute.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, midnight delivery charges, special time-slot charges, and convenience fees may apply depending on the order and delivery location. These charges are generally non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide the correct name, phone number, complete delivery address, date, and time slot while placing the order. CakePulse will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to wrong address, incorrect phone number, recipient unavailability, restricted entry, or no response from the customer.

Failed Delivery

If the customer or recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our delivery partner may attempt to contact the customer. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be marked as failed. Re-delivery may be attempted only if possible and may require additional delivery charges.

Product Handling After Delivery

Once the product is delivered and accepted, CakePulse will not be responsible for damage, melting, spoilage, or quality changes caused by improper storage, mishandling, or delay in refrigeration by the customer.
