1. Introduction

Welcome to CakePulse (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing via our website, you (“the customer”) agree to abide by the terms and conditions described below. These terms govern all sales, services, and interactions.

2. Products & Allergen Disclaimer

  • All our cakes and baked products are 100% eggless and freshly made to order.
  • Cakes, desserts, and other offerings may contain or be processed in facilities handling gluten, nuts, dairy, and soy. Customers must declare all dietary concerns and allergies at the time of order.
  • CakePulse is not liable for allergic or adverse reactions resulting from product consumption if such allergies were not disclosed in advance.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in-store. Full payment must be made when placing the order; large or custom orders may require an advance deposit (non-refundable after processing).
  • Pricing is quoted in INR and includes applicable GST as per the latest regulations.
  • A formal invoice, mentioning GST, will be provided for every transaction.

4. Pricing, GST & Invoicing

  • Our prices include GST, and the latest rates applicable to bakery items are transparently applied as per government mandate.
  • For bulk and corporate orders, a GST invoice will be issued on request, mentioning our registration number as above.

5. Custom Cakes & Intellectual Property

  • Custom cake designs can be created to customer specifications. While efforts are made to match reference images, designs serve as inspiration and cannot be duplicated exactly due to artistic and practical differences.
  • All website content and custom cake designs remain intellectual property of CakePulse and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup options are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies for orders over ₹1500; orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping fee as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Accurate recipient details are mandatory. Non-delivery or redelivery due to incomplete/incorrect information may incur extra charges or delays.
  • Delivery windows will be communicated and met to the best of our ability, but cannot be guaranteed in the event of unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, holidays, etc.).

7. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Order modifications (including cancellations) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes and cancellations may not be honored, and cancellation refunds are not guaranteed if preparation has started.
  • For product complaints (quality/defect), contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and order details. We reserve the right to assess refund or replacement eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

8. Storage, Handling & Product Responsibility

  • Customers are advised to refrigerate cakes and perishable items promptly after delivery.
  • CakePulse is not responsible for deterioration or spoilage due to improper storage, delayed retrieval, or mishandling post-delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of purchased goods. We accept no responsibility for indirect losses, including events arising from allergic reactions, late delivery, or product misuse.

10. Use of Website

The website and its content must not be misused, duplicated, hacked, or utilized for fraudulent activity. Any such activity will result in account termination and appropriate legal action.

11. Privacy

Customer data is protected per our Privacy Policy; we do not share your personal information except where required for business, logistics, or legal compliance.

12. Governing Law
